John Krasinski Just Saved 2020 Graduation! Some Good News Will Host a Virtual Commencement

John Krasinski is continuing to help students affected by the coronavirus pandemic. The Office alum delivered an unforgettable prom earlier this month, so it only makes sense that he would celebrate the biggest event on any academic calendar: graduation! The actor announced on Tuesday that he will be hosting a commencement ceremony for the class of 2020 so that their hard work doesn’t go unrecognized.

Krasinski’s YouTube news show, Some Good News, is solely dedicated to good news. Since its launch last month, the Jack Ryan star has hosted a prom for students who sadly had to miss their own because of the current health crisis. The Hollywood star tapped former costar Rainn Wilson, as well as Chance the Rapper, the Jonas Brothers, Billie Eilish and Finneas for the epic virtual event, which was streamed live on SGN’s YouTube account.
